The 1967 British film ‘To sir with love’ is about an idealistic black teacher, played by Sidney Poitier, in a school which is predominantly white. It deals in a series of problems encountered by disengaged, cynical students, right from infatuation to racial issues. This movie’s title track is an all time hit.

Based on the life of Christopher Gardner the 2006 movie ‘Pursuit of Happyness’ stars Will Smith. Bad investments makes him lose his wife, home and leaves him bankrupt. Committed to his son he becomes the one candidate selected from twenty others in a grueling payless internship at a stock brokerage firm.
